Every Apex VCards card is etched to order with your own design, so our refund rules follow the making of your card. In short: full refund any time before you approve your design, and after that the order is final, except where we got something wrong.
Before you approve your design
You can cancel and get a full refund of your membership and card order at any time until you approve your final proof in the Design Lab. Email sales@apexvcards.com from your account email, or use the cancel option in your dashboard if it is shown.
After you approve your design
Once you approve your proof, your card is made to order for you and the order is final. Membership fees are not refunded for the unused part of a membership year, and we do not refund for a change of mind or for mistakes that appear in a proof you approved. UK and EU customers
Normally you have 14 days to cancel an online order. By approving your proof you ask us to start making a personalised item, and you agree that the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to that card once production starts. If you cancel within 14 days and before approving your proof, you receive a full refund.
Cancelling renewal
You can turn off renewal at any time before your renewal date in your dashboard or by emailing sales@apexvcards.com. Your membership and page stay active until the end of the year you have paid for. If a renewal is charged and you tell us within 7 days that you did not mean to renew, and you have not ordered anything new since, we will refund that renewal.
Extra and replacement cards
Extra cards and paid replacement cards follow the same rule: refundable until you approve the proof, final after that.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
